Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

Please do not send any item back before receiving return instructions from us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process the refund.
